J10am-6pm J10am-5pm An urban oasis of art and culture, the Loring Park Art Festival integrates creativity, artwork, visual expression and community for a brilliant event that more than meets our summer standards. The International Art Festival at Peace Arch Park will bring together the regions finest for two days of fabulous works of visual arts, textiles, sculpture, music, dance, gourmet food and more. All registration fees and sales tax will be refunded if the event is canceled due to low registration. The festival will be filled with the diversity and rich culture provided by artists from both sides of the border. On April 4th, the International Peace Arch Association (IPAA) approved moving forward with the 2023 celebration. Space is limited to a maximum of 2000 registered participants, youth, leaders, alums, family members & volunteers. (setup is from 4-6 PM on Friday September 22 and 8-10 AM on Saturday September 23. Your registration fee includes an official Hands Across the Border (HATB) program, crest/patch and flags, and other goodies. The sandstone memorial arch acts as a memorial to the soldiers who died in the First World War, Second World War and the Korean War. The PeaceWorks KC Local Art Fair is gearing up for 2023 DATE: September 23 10 AM to 6 PM. Afro-Peruvian Fest brings together local SF Bay Area and California based artists and culture bearers and creates a bridge with other Afro-Peruvian culture.
